Rebates:

Qualifying for Rebates

1. Studios must enter a minimum of 5 entries OR a have a minimum of 10 competing dancers registered for the event in order to be eligible for a rebate.

2. To qualify for a rebate, studios must submit all entry forms with full payment of fees. The entry forms and fees must be postmarked by the rebate postmark deadline (approximately 7 weeks prior to the event) for the event the studio wishes to enter. Rebate postmark deadlines can be found on the event information pages of each city.

3. Fees must be submitted in full by MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK ONLY in order to qualify for rebate. Entry fees submitted by credit cards or studio checks do not qualify for rebates.

4. All of the above qualifications must be met in order to receive a rebate. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rebate Policy

1. Studios that qualify will be eligible for a 5% rebate on Performing Arts Competition Entry Fees.

2. Rebates are not available on Convention Entry Fees.

3. Do not deduct rebates from entry fees. Rebate checks will be made payable to the studio and will be included in the teacher packets handed out at the competition.
