Owning a competitive dance studio is a lot of work... and you deserve rewards! You spend countless hours planning & rehearsing, filling out entry forms, attending competitions, and so on. We appreciate all you do and want to show our gratitude in the best way we know how... cash rebates!

Early Entry Rebates are available to those that submit entries by the early deadline. Our new Referral Program offers you thanks and incentive for sending studios our way. And best of all, our new VIP Studio Rewards Program, designed to honor loyal customers, delivers the best of the best rewards!

Earn a 5% rebate on Competition Entry Fees by submitting all entry forms with full payment of fees by the rebate postmark deadline (approximately 7 weeks prior to the event). Rebate postmark deadlines can be found on the event information pages of each city.

Do not deduct rebates from entry fees. Rebate checks will be issued at the event.

*Studios must enter a minimum of 5 entries OR a have a minimum of 10 competing dancers registered for the event in order to be eligible for a rebate.

Earn $100 for every studio you refer that enters at least $1500 in entry fees. Each studio will ALSO receive a $100 rebate as incentive to enter!

Simply have the studio you refer call the office (504-305-6060) or email (vipdance@mac.com) and submit your name/studio to us. You will then both be credited a $100 rebate. There is no limit to the amount you can earn. The more refer... the more you earn. It is that simple!

This rewards program is simple and brilliant. The last thing we want to do is give you more work and make you keep track of rewards points or member cards. Instead, we will keep tack of everything for you and simply present you with your rewards at each event you attend!

To get started in our rewards program, your studio needs to enter a minimum of $1,500 at one of our events. From that point on, we will keep a running tally of your entry fees for every event that you enter. As your cumulative number gets higher and higher, you move up in membership level... and receive greater rewards!

To keep your membership active, your studio must enter at least $1,500 in entry fees at a regional event every year. (Even if your whole studio can't make it one year, entering just 19 solos will keep you active!) If your studio misses a year (or enters less than $1,500), you will become inactive and will lose your membership level status.

Rewards and Rebate Policies

Qualifying as a VIP Studio Rewards Member:
1. Studios must enter a minimum of $1,500 in entry fees at a regional event each year, in consecutive years, to maintain and/or upgrade membership levels. An inactive or low participation year ($0 - $1,499 in entry fees per event) with VIP Dance results in loss of membership status level.
2. National Finals attendance is not required in order to maintain membership level.

Rebates:
1. There is no limit on the amount of rebates and rewards issued per event. All three programs may be used in combination.
2. Do not deduct rebates from entry fees. Rebate checks will be made payable to the studio and will be included in the teacher packets handed out at the competition.
3. Reward Rebates are available at both Regional and National Finals events with a minimum entry fee of $1,500 per event.
4. Reward Rebates are calculated on total amount of competition AND convention fees submitted, after any other rebates and/or credits/gift cards have been deducted. Early Entry Rebates are available on Competition Fees only.
5. Rebates are not available on entries submitted "at the door" on the day of the competition and/or convention.

5-Night Stay at National Finals:
1. 5-Night Stay at National Finals consists of $1,000 reimbursement for room rental. Teachers are responsible for reserving and paying for their own rooms. Reimbursement will be issued at the National Finals event via check made payable to the Studio.
2. Studios qualified as Platinum Members must enter a minimum of $10,000 in National Finals entry fees to qualify for 5-Night Stay at National Finals.
